Singapore, 11 June 2008 – ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd would like to congratulate Mr Tay Gim Seng, he is the lucky winner of the Energy Awareness Radio Quiz which ran on MediaCorp Radio Class 95 FM from 2 to 6 June 2008, from 7.30am to 9.30am daily. Slowing the growth of carbon dioxide emissions will require global participation, step changes in energy efficiency and massive investments over decades. Technology will also play a very important role.

Together with some partners, ExxonMobil has established a major project at Stanford University to find breakthrough technologies that meet growing energy needs while dramatically lowering emissions.  Study areas include solar, hydrogen, biofuels and advanced transportation.
