Ambassadors programme

This is an education outreach programme targeted at secondary school students. The objectives of this programme are:

• To generate interest and awareness of the importance of chemicals in daily life.
• To enhance knowledge and appreciation of chemical end products and how they transform our daily lives.
• To increase understanding that chemicals are safe when handled correctly.
• To excite participants' interest in science, especially chemistry.
• To raise awareness to the concept of Responsible Care, a worldwide chemical industry initiative relating to environmental quality, health and safety.
