ExxonMobil's support of communities where we operate and of society at large takes many forms.
Our policies and practices exert a positive influence in improving the lives of people throughout the world. There are many ways that we work to make this happen. Besides setting an example of responsible corporate citizenship by operating with honesty, integrity and the highest of ethical standards, we strive to strengthen local communities through our activities.
Our community outreach programmes in Singapore include support for education, environment, health, community welfare and the arts.

ExxonMobil’s primary role—and most important benefit to society—is to safely provide reliable and affordable supplies of energy to people around the world.
2009 Caring TeachersEducation is important. Apart from supporting the biennial Caring Teacher Awards, we also work with the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research to publish public education materials.
We believe that we are all responsible for our own environment. At ExxonMobil, we work with the National Environment Agency (NEA) to educate the public on their social responsibility for keeping public places clean.
Our contributions to community welfare include our annual blood donation drive, bursaries for needy school children in the South-West community zone in Singapore as well as sponsorship of the Outstanding Social Worker Awards.
We are active sponsors of the Singapore Repertory Theatre, campus concerts as well as outdoor concerts with the National Arts Council.
